Sending Samples

When sending samples from overseas or interstate, please ensure that you are familiar with Australian state and federal quarantine laws as penalties may apply for non-compliance.

Please contact prior to sending samples.

To keep costs down and maintain quality, please:

          -   Keep a record of your consignment numbers for tracking
          -   Keep a sample inventory
          -   If possible, use calico bags to store the sample (especially for material requiring heat treatment) with an outer
              polyweave or plastic bag for extra protection
          -   Avoid using sandwich bags, garbage bags, low quality boxes and common household containers
          -   Cover pallet slats or cage floor mesh with cardboard or matting
          -   Ensure that samples are clearly marked (best to write three times just in case)
